My DVD drive crapped out on 11/9/07 and I put in an online service request the same day. The coffin arrived on 11/15 and I shipped it out to them on 11/16. Then it was received at the repair center early last week.

xbox 360 repair turnaround time

So, my 360's DVD drive crapped out. I talked to Microsoft on 11/16/07, and they said they would send over the coffin (err I mean box) so I could mail the xbox to them.

Well, it's now 11/24, and there's still no box. So my questions are:

How long did it take for the coffin to arrive? And, how long ...

Nintendo - they're doing a bit better lately. But, I think that's mainly due to Sony being dumb. Sure, the PS3 might be a "deal" for what you get, but really: who can just go buy one for $600? PS2 Operating Voltage

The slim PS2's power converter says "8.5 VDC." Ben said he used a portable DVD player battery that had an output of 9 volts. I looked at the description of the battery at Wal-Mart's website, and it says 7.2 volts.
