well I havent seen a superjoy like this one, by looking at the first two pics it would be considered to me, more refined.

yes, I tested it and it does it fact work.

It can give you some nasty screen snow and bzzzzzzzzzzzzzing, but may not necessarily be noticable

Use a slide switch:
Center pin hooked up to ground(of both maybe...)
then one side battery
then one side dcjack

sorry for all of the questions at once, but does anyone have a diagram/pinout for using a floppy cable as the cartridge connector?
Just be careful when cutting into those floppy cables or you will tear some of the pins to scheiße(mine as well).

wire order from refernce of my buttons(front to back):

5-white
2-red
1-brown
4-yellow
3-orange

(and with a horizontal flip)

and following traces from power button to wires- I would have to say
red and brown
