There's really no way around it eh? I suspected as much but was hoping someone knew some magic fix.

Hello there.
I recently swapped the PIF chips on two spare N64's I had. So now I have a PAL N64 that only plays NTSC games and an NTSC N64 that only plays PAL games. The NTSC console is also RGB modified, so it's almost a PAL RGB mod - though due to the resolution difference, it's still not perfect ...
