Cheap Screens?

Hey-

I've been reading the forums for a while now and I'm planning on making a N64portable. I was just searching ebay, and I saw some PS1 screens for less than 15 w/ shipping... http://cgi.ebay.com/Sony-playstation-lcd-portable-screen_W0QQitemZ8284311494QQcategoryZ1489QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem If anyone ...

DVD Screens?

I was just searching ebay, and it appeared that there were many portable dvd screens for relatively cheap...i remember hearing on the forums that those would work as long as they had the RCA inputs...

can anyone verify this would work? It appeared there were even some 7" screens going for about 50 ...

do you know about how much interference would be caused by using either shielded or unshielded headphone cable? I think it would be easier to use that if there isnt much interference...i just think it would almost be too much hassle to use coaxial cable to hook up another player or 2...just ...

yah...something like that w/o the infared might work...

but, would something like that distribute all of the signals a regualr cable would? im just thinking that it would probably only give out L and R audio, no ground for the third wire...i guess if there was a cheap wireless one, you could just ...

wireless would be really cool...not sure if there is anything that would work that isnt really expensive...does anyone see any problems with putting the video and sound over a headphone cable? I assume there would be at least some degrading of the signal becuase of the cable, but since it's only ...

i was just looking at one of the posts and saw that Jay had just used two seperate battery packs (or sets of AAs would work too, i assume) so he could play off of one pack and charge the other...I think that would be a very good idea that I might try and do...

With this set-up, tho, could you ...

o..ok thanks a lot...

if you did double the number to get 2x the battery life, would you need to have 2 chargers? and, i know this is still been a work in progress, but could you play the 64 when it was plugged in? even if it didnt charge, would that damage the batteries/64/anything else?

just ...

I'm currently in a planning stage for making an N64p... I've been reading the forums and I think that I can do it, but I had an interesting idea that im not sure has been discussed before or not. I know you can put the controller ports on a portable, but how easy (or hard) would it be to simply ...

If you used the 7.2 v charger, would you have to take the batteries out, or is there some way to just hook them all up at once...(still kind of new to all of this...)

Thanks!
