well my psone will not turn on with wall adapter but when i plugin the battery adapter it doesn't show any thing the cd player doesn't work and the controller just vibrates can someone help me please

me and my friend r going ro make a ps1p with the small ps1's motherboard and the first ps1 case to fit it in butt we need to know what the motherboard look like we don't have a small ps1 and we going to buy it off ebay
