Na not vacumed formed, its made outa sheet metal and plastic then covered in 3M car bondo. I thought it would chip easily but I dropped it a little while back and it didn't chip.

Sorry double post I just noticed that the CPU is heating up at a much faster rate when the system is switched on compared to the RCP and Ram chips, is this normal?

Thanks I am realy happy with how the case turned out, its amazing what you can do with car bondo and a days of sanding
wish the N64 would work then it would be all done. O well might have to bite the bullet and buy a new one off Ebay.
