I have i just thought it might be different for a RGB mod like if you have to add any resistors or capacitors

Im a noob at console modding and soldiering (but im learning that :) ) anyway i would like you to plz help me. I would like to do a led mod on the power led i was wondering how to do it, i want it to be r g b also if you can try and explain it in like a diagram plz.
