Trouble with Interact 5.4" LCD for Xbox

So anyway, I've got this free 5.4" flip up LCD for Xbox, and I've managed to get the thing to power up. However, I can only get audio out on it; the video just flickers. Does anyone have an idea as to what could be the cause of this? I'm going to keep playing around with it, and see if I can get it ...

Okay! I just scritchered away at the blank spot where the little pad used to be until I hit copper. Now I guess I'll just continue as normal, but without screwing up like last time, correct?

O Jeez, Soldering pros come, help needed.

Ok, so here is the situation: I was working on my sega saturn, everything was going fine, until I screwed up. I somehow managed to totally take off a little PCB pad, and now there isnt anything for my solder to grab on to. What do I do? I mean, the little pcb pad thing is just not there anymore. Help?
