Can you still play dvds on a ps2p?I thought someone said you couldnt?

Ps3 and the brown box (made by Ralph Bear) now dont shoot this down (right away)because,Ben could be in good with the Russian mafia who "aquired" a ps3.
Also he could have found a brown box at an abandon roller disco rink
