I noticed that Ben is using molds to make his Phoenix portable cases. Does anyone know of a "complete" tutorial on how to make a mold and what type of resins to use when casting and all that stuff?

Does anyone know if it is possible to replicate or duplicate a NOAC? What I mean is, could someone take one of those small boards from Radio Shack and with the right parts, make a replica? Just curious.

From what I have seen, the CNC Laser cut cases look a a lot better than hand-cut ones. Most CNC's I have seen are rather large and not for sale. So, I have a few questions....
