The Pocket 50 is a little different. There's two crystals going to the Phillips chip and the Micronix is standard 48pin and is completely exposed. By the pics of the pocket max, the memory chip (if not on the other side of the board) is smaller than that.
If Jungletac is doing their own SOC design ...

LCD- 2" TFT 240X180? no manufacturer/part# on it (did a pixel so may be off a little)

CPU- not sure (%$^! black blob but the manufacturer www.jungletac.com specializes in SOC systems)
