RCAs for video output on my psonp, where do I solder ground?

RCAs for video output on my psonp, where do I solder ground?
I want to use RCAs jacks to output video and audio for my psonep, I know the center pin on the Rcas is the main signal, so I solder to the corresponding spot on the psonbe board. But where do I solder the ground, or the outer ring of the rca?
