Best Buy.

Horrible customer service, sell out of everything, ill prepared for huge shopping days.

Sorry, had to let that out.

Anyone else hate them?

Best Buy is okay if you don't need any service. I went to a customer service booth in our local Best Buy. Some lady named Jenny who can't even punch in the barcode for the broken digital camera, had to get the manager to type it, and then I had to sit there 40 minutes and tell her what a dead pixel is. If you don't need general association with the employees at Best Buy, you're fine.

All depends on what model iPod you want Jeff. They have $400 dollar videos and they have $100 Shuffles.

I went there yesterday to buy a router for my DS and I needed to contact 4 people to help me find a linksys router (they had it in stock but they wanted to try and sell me another model)

I rarely go there, and when I do its only for DVDs, which I couldve gotten cheaper at Amazon. I got a $25 gift certificate for there, but I'll probably use it online or something.

ya know what i hate, the rebates.. its stupid, why dont they just take the money off the price? Ill tell you why, the evil people are BETTING that you wont send in the rebates. One tme my parent's bought a flat panel from there.. they sent in the rebates and gguess what, they DIDN'T HONOR IT!! What crooks!

Agreed, the people who work there usually do not have any knowledge in the area they are staffing. (at least at mine)
