Is my NES fried?
Recently bought Ben's book and finished my NESp and eveything was working fine, but the video seemed very washed out. At first i was just happy it was working and just figured it was because of the LED mod and bypassing that part on the back of the ps1 screen. But now that everything was finished i figured id try to adjust the video amplifier circuit to get the color to look better. I rewired it with some pots and adjusted them and got the picture to look perfect. It worked fine for a day or so but now the video is all messed up. Not in the weak-video-signal sort of messed up, but the blow-in-the-cartridge type of messed up. I cleaned the games with a qtip and bent the pins on the connector as in Ben's book but still nothing will play correctly. The games will start up, the audio is fine, and you can play it but the video is all messed up. For example, if i put in Zelda, i can see Link and the monsters and move around, but the background is all garbled. Is it possible I fried something on the nes mb or is it just a bad connection with the cart?
I had a simular problem yesterday, but it was with a Super Joy 3:

Maybe there's some solder bridging two connections.
