Check out the NEWS section in the forums. They sued the POWER PLAYER guys BIG time. I dont know if theyre in production anymore.

(they got legal charges since like last august)

when you look at the list of technology stuff thats ileagle this is kinda a who cares situation. lemme see, doenloading movies= illegal downloadin music= illegal roms= illegal pr0n= illegal(sometimes) the list goes on

Even if they have homebrew, the NOAC itself is a pirated NES.

Let's find a small unknown country like Tokelau and make the NOACs there, since they don't have copyrights or patents there.

It would REALLY suck, since I just decided I wanted one, and now it looks like there won't be any more...

If we change like 50% of the code on the processor... then technically its a diffrent thing. Origonal ps1 was gona play snes games and cd rom games. But nintendo screwed sony over by cancling the agreement.
