DIY GBA to TV Help?

I was wondering if there was any way to build your own Gameboy Advance to TV converter from scratch? I would like to do it as a random little project, but I can't find any sort of schematic or evidence that you can do it without a store-bought converter. Can anybody point me in the direction of some sort of instructions?
