Atari 2600. My dad had it since before I was born. Oh yeah, he also had a pong. But then my dad made the mistake of telling me that the box that you plug in the wall gave more power. Then I made an even greater mistake of thinking more power=better system, like the Sega Genesis I always wanted. It didn't, and now I don't have Pong

My first console was a Sunnyvale Heavy sixer, which I still have.
First handheld: GBC in 1998.
(Well actually my first handheld dedicated system was a Tiger Electronics Pinball game...)
