What Kind of Soldering Iron do you guys use?

Brand? Wattage?
I have a pretty cheap one and the tips burn pretty easily, I want to know what you guys like to use, and hey, maybe one of you has an extra one that you're willing to part with.

But anyway, any suggestions?

Weller is awesome, and you get a good one at home depot/lowes. Comes with 3 tips.

I generally buy the cheapest availble as too many people have taken mine and then 'lost' or 'forgotten' it.

Wellers are nice though, I used to have one.
