Toasty64

Post by ToastBucket »

This has been up on modretro for a while, so I figured I may as well post it here.

Case so far:
(just a mockup, everything is held in by tape so it's not all centered)

Here's how the cart will go in the slot:

Trimmed board-fits perfectly:

The 4 way tact? It's guaranteed to work as it's just like using normal tacts. As for the C button thats on there below A and B, that's an extra C up that's in button form so I can jump more easily in smash bros :P

Well I sanded it all down twice since I took those pics. It is now 100x smoother and nicer. I filled in some gaps, made it better, etc. Ishmael1010 will be painting it for me because he's a god at painting and he made me a stencil for the back of it. :3 I'm excited to see this done but I have a feeling the board won't work when I power it for the first time.

Oh. Kinda forgot I had a log on this site. Well I actually worked on this today. I know. It's been a while. Here are some pics. Other than drilling the vent holes on the sides and putting in the Dpad, the case is done :D
