Controllers for WII

Post by Thecommi »

ok, i've serched the internet for a few nights now, but cant seem to come up with any thing usefull. I want to beable to take a old school 8-bit nintendo or a Super Nintendo controller and use it on my WII to play homebrew emulators. I've seen adaptors that would allow me to connect to the gamecube ports in the top of the WII, but i want to beable to plug into the Wii Mote... any ideas on if its possible?

There are these things called BOSS, they are plastic molds that fit over the wiimote. They have them at walmart.

The only way I can see doing it would be to wire a classic controller inside the controller you want to use. Although with the NES controller, you could just try to wire a Wiimote inside.

the only ones ive seen use the gamecube port, which sucks cause you cant have it wireless... but ive seen ps2 to wiimote adapters before.

Here's how you can make wireless nes/snes controller that plug into gamecube port. :)
