Wii HDD Help!
Hey, I was wondering, if there is a way that i could take out the dvd drive from the wii, and replace it with a 2.5" Internal Sata Hard Drive 500gb like this one http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/wd-scorpi ... 9-pdt.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or a 3.5" Internal Sata Hard Drive like this http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/the-techg ... 1-pdt.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
And finally, could i take out the dvd drive and replace it with this external hard drive?
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/seagate-f ... 5-pdt.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or would i have to keep the dvd drive in?
Thank You And Please Answer My Question ASAP.

For using an external hard drive :
http://gbatemp.net/t179085-9658-9658-96 ... -9668-9668" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You can actually use the above method with a 2.5" Usb drive and a small usb cable to get it inside the Wii and remove the Dvd drive also.
For using an internal hard drive replacing the dvd drive :

Re: Wii HDD Help!
Sundriver is the best way to go because it can play both Wii and GC games from it.
BTW, it is cheaper here

I would never sell a modded system with the way governments have been cracking down on sellers.stanokaka wrote:So it would sell easier with a sundriver than a dvd drive?hailrazer wrote:Sundriver is quick and easy.

but if you wanted to sell it, what would you connect the wii to? The original DVD drive, or the SunDriver?

Re: Wii HDD Help!
If you mean having both, I don't think it'll be too easy(with a sundriver, at least) If you want to use a sundriver and a dvd drive, I would just go for a WODE since the sundriver doesn't have a way to connect both it and the dvd drive, since it has no passthrough mode. If anything, use a dvd drive and wode or just use a usb loader.
