mac mini question
Hey everyone if your turning a mac mini into a tablet could you install motion control like when you turn the tablet from vertical to horizontal so that the screen changes the same way?

No, unless what you're using automatically does it. Macs don't have an accelerometer.

Desktop Macs don't have accelerometers, but Macbooks do. If you want that functionality, make a tablet out of those (or buy a Modbook). Added bonuses: they're already designed to run on batteries and come with LCDs.

Not really, when you think about it.
If the accelerometer detects the laptop is in free-fall, it spins the hard drive down and parks the heads so the drive isn't damaged on impact.
