Hard case for portable desktop commission?

I'm probably doing a commission to make a portable desktop chassis with a screen and some I/O and stuff. I need a hardcase about 22" X 14" X 9" but can't seem to find one. Any suggestions? Hopefully open-able with those latches but still strong.

Larger hand-carried toolboxes (metal or plastic) are fairly close to this range. You might try looking in hardware stores around your area to see what they have.
