Best Fans for 360p

Post by SplinterExxe5 »

In the last Rev. of Ben's 360p, The fans that were used were Delta made and seems to be 40mm x 40mm x 28mm. There seems to be about 2 different models.

1. http://bit.ly/eA2wB" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

2. http://bit.ly/QrtZj" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Which is advisable for use.

Muchas Gracias

well dude the first fan you have there is good, but its loud, but it has a great rpm, so it will blow more air.

but the second one well its quieter, because the rpm is lower, which makes it less noisy.

so its up to you, your making a 360p, personally id want it cooler and slightly louder then quiet and could fail. Its a better safe than sorry thing, i think it all depends where you place the fans and the way you make your heatsinks. Look at bens rev 5, he has one intake and 2 outake.

Thanks for the response. I was able to get a hold of benheck and he used the 9500rpm delta fan. I'm well on my way. Just finished up modding the usb ports. Pics in a few.

Water cooling is a plus but seems to be a bit expensive for someone on a budget.
