Plastic question

Does anyone know where to get the plastic that ben used on the CNC playstation. You know the clear stuff. I think its acrylic or something. Also, can I cut it with just a dremel, or do I need something else

Okay, But do I need a CNC machine? Can I use a dremel to cut out the buttons?

actually, you might.....how good are you at dremeling

?......seriously, though, I'd recommend opening Ben's CNC files and then printing them to exact size (if possible). then, simply use those to trace the cuts onto the plastic and start dremeling

better print it on tracing papper. At least you will know what you drilling at.
