-Got controls mounted
-Squishy tacts came in the mail today

-Started work on mounting the analog stick inside the case:

Cartridge slot with cart in:

-Motherboard mounted inside case

Note: This is also the portable I will be entering into the contest.

I only started on this about a week ago. You will see in the video that I barely had to do anything to get the stuff to fit. The controls are whats going to be hard.

If you use LI-PO batteries, the ZN-40 shouldn't be hard.

Is this the one I reccommended to you? If so $30 shipped at that capacity is a great price, being large and bulky is a small price to pay for awesome capacity at a cheap price.

Sweet! I like the pictures you've posted so far - I think you're taking a realistic approach to making this. Keeping the cartridge slot where it originally is will save you a ton of work and headaches. Awesome find on those batteries.
