Clean, no gouges, few scratches.

I'm thinking that shipping will be around USD $1.20. I just sent something of similar weight to somebody else in canada. Or if you can wait two weeks before it goes out, I can send it even cheaper. (I'll throw it in a package of some stuff that I'm sending to a few people in Canada, and have them forward it to you.
