yes, i can say that I am probably the guru of rare sega stuff. I own a lot of course. I own one of the rare Laseractive units with the super-cool Mega Drive Laser disc games. I also have an extremely rare Sega digital camera-one of the first ever made back in 1996. I also have the Sega Picture magic to go along with it. It's a photo editing tool you hook up to your TV. It's one of the coolest Sega items out there.

It's probably just a cart switching station (and maybe a timer since it is a demo machine) that you attach to the Genny. It's very unlikely that there is hardware in it.
from the pics i can see 2 reister rays and 1 cap but that not the whole picture. i would love to get one but i dont belive i dont have enough money to buy.
so thats why i wanted a schematic becuase i wanted to add to a goac

i've never opened it up , and i may be willing to part with it
Where abouts are you in the world? Shipping one of these international would cost a lot. If you're in the UK I might be interested.
So yeah, like people have said, it's a demo machine. There's no Megadrive in there. Like I said it's also very heavy, not much practical use for a portable... Neither would it be even if you made your own, you'd still need multiple cart slots, which is not a necessary or a good thing for a portable, surely.
actually mine has a Genesis Bolted to it,
has a steel plate bolting the two together
I'm in the USA , so shipping would be a female of the dog species i guess
and the button actually isn't there , you have to touch the wires at the end of the cable to swap carts
i wouldn't even know how much to charge for it , trade might work out better for me

I'm in the US too, what kind of trade would you want for it? I've got PC stuff, old computer stuff, arcade stuff and some console stuff.
That picture reminds me of a very old accessory they used to sell,
think it was called jukebox or some crap, and if I remember it allowed
about 10 games to be plugged in all at once.
