I just bought a PS1 and there are some messed up pixels
Is there something I could do about this or am I f**ked?

it doesn't look like whole pixels, so I doubt the screen is the problem. Try opening and see what's wrong?

Try massaging the screen. Press firmly and move your fingers on it in a circlular motion. Works on monitors.
