Country is pretty good. Not in the sense that it gets your heart pumping or anything, but if it's good country, it will paint a story in your head, and it actually starts to get pretty visual. Catchy beat, too.
Not my favourite, however if stuck listening to country I can enjoy it.
Favourites, in no order:
Tool, Primus, Nirvana (First 3 albums), The Chemical Brothers (best cruising music EVER), The Prodigy, Daft Punk, Lunatic Calm, MJ, The Offspring (pre-splinter), Queen, Rammstein, System of a Down, Tenacious D (Music is good, Jack Black is a tard though), Video Game music.
So, to sum up my absolute favourites:
Tool (#1),
The Prodigy (#2),
Rammstein, SOAD, Offspring, Queen, Lunatic Calm, Chemical Brothers, Video Game Music (#3)
Etc (#4)
So...UK Electronic/Techno, Rock/Metal, etc.
I have yet to find a person who doesn't know at least 75% of the lyrics to Bohemian Rhapsody.
Tool almost transcends the border between music and art. For each song, you could spend hours finding hidden little things, trying to tie meanings of songs to each other and determine what they mean, and finding the meaning of the song to you and comparing with others, outside of listening to the songs.
