and was wondering if this is a good idea for running a portable/ screen?

What is the voltage on it?

The second isn't even a battery, from the looks of it. I think that's just a regular power inverter that lets you use 120V AC devices in your car.

Damn, A reviews had said that when the power got low an alarm went off, so I assumed a battery
And why under type would it say Li-Ion??????
Very easy to mistake for a battery

It is a 60 watt 120v battery. Won't last very long but it is a battery. And it is also a 100watt inverter .
