Smallest Noac Nes?

Post by Ian_B »

I've done a little research and I have a couple of ideas for portablized Nes's

But I'm curious as to what is the smallest Noac based Nes system out there as in the actual board I was looking at the retro duo and it seems fairly large compared to the Yobo I'm wondering if their is any other smaller system's out their with the card slot capabilities or with a card slot

thanks for the help

Here is one thing to consider, the Retro Duo has a bigger NOAC board, but it's not a normal NOAC. It's much higher quality than a standard NOAC in that it can run a lot more games and has far better sound support. It's the same die used for the silicon inside as a normal NOAC but the tolerances are much tighter so it's more accurate. Of course, it's still not perfect, but I have seen one running CV3- so that tells you something.
Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!

I forget what it was called, but my friend from China brought me back an NOAC a year or so ago. The main board was so small, it was literally the cart slot and a motherboard that barely extended past the plastic of the slot. Again, I forget the name, but I'm sure I posted about it here somewhere...
