Pixels to Polygons - It's a podcast. Input, suggestions?
Just thought I'd post this out of curiosity to your opinions. If any of you listen to Warpath, the other podcast Ben is on weekly, I'm on a new-ish podcast from those same folks called Pixels to Polygons. Our first couple episodes were a bit mechanic and akward, but we've started to hit our stride and will be recording our 5th episode later this week. We're in the process of refining exactly what our show format is, as well as trying to get our hands on review models of certain products and interview a number of game developers for upcoming titles.
So, any advice, opinions, etc.? We're always looking for subscribers, criticism, and compliments, so let me know!

I'd subscribe. One thing I would suggest, is to be open. It's always good to degress to something semi-related. It add way more interest to the podcast than just going "ok, this is our first topic, now this". Its better if you go like, "heres out first topic..talk a bit..Someone hit a point that reminds you of something.. talk a bit about that.. blah blah.. etc"
Funny, how blogging is okay when it is from a mod.
Wonders who he'll piss off with this one.
[Edit]
Some actual notes: I haven't listened to the podcast, but if you are going to have an open format, make sure you don't make it with a friend. This happens in Ben's podcast sometimes, where they will just make inside jokes for a few minutes, and you are left thinking... "what was that about?".

No, in all honesty, I'm just looking for opinions on the format and some suggestions, as ghosstt did. If you don't want to, then GTFOutta my thread!
Speaking of the suggestion, thanks. We're actually having a bit of a disagreement internally based on whether or not we should keep the format more strict or just kinda screw around for an hour or so. Personally, I'm with you, but we'll see...

I am not a podcast person, so I can't help too much. Except for, make it short! People have short attention spans.
I know the idea has been shot down before...But why not just have one big uber-blogging thread that does not get locked? The explanation for the lock is always "this is filled with pointless blogging and spam" but I know that several forums have used something like that, and it actually cuts down on pointless junk in the rest of the forum. So why not make a "super-duper-spamfestblogging" thread? Besides, it is fun to see how long those threads get. I think there is one on some PSP forums with like 700 pages!

You should listen to episode 5
We forget the "script"
Most gaming podcasts are an hour or even longer
the 1up show has stretched to almost 3 hours before
We just like to offer as much free content as we can. Listen to chunks at a time if you don't like how long it is.

Every man builds his world in his own image. He has the power to choose, but no power to escape the necessity of choice.
