I was just curious how many people here smoke or do not smoke.

Non Smoker. Im actually allergic to the nicatine. Also the smoke makes my throat really dry, and my eyes water and get bloodshot. (Plus headache).

Nonsmoker here. The smell of cigarettes drives me nuts. Weed doesn't smell all that terrible though, not that I'm saying I'd try it..

@vskid - Actually I don't think there are any legal ages to smoke. You just have to be a certain age to buy them. It isn't treated the same as alcohol.

non-smoker. but i advocate the use. they're trying to ban it on campus but i refuse to support them.

Definitely a non-smoker.

They have been on a smoking ban kick here in Wisconsin for awhile (especially in the Madison area). They actually banned it in bars and restaurants in Madison a while ago, which I don't agree with. I feel it should be the business owner's choice, but that's a whole other kettle of fish that I won't get into right now.

Are you sure thats cigarette smoke?

Here in Ontario you are not allowed smoke within 9m of the entrance of most public buildings. And you can only smoke inside private property. Some town in Atlantic Canada was considering banning smoking on all sidewalks. lol.

Non-smoker, but I don't mind the residual odor at all. It's the clouds of toxic fumes that I dislike. I'm sorry but I can think of better things to do with my time and money than hasten an agonizing demise.

It seems like everyone in my classes is a smoker. As soon as a break is called, they all scurry out to the loading dock and start puffing away. (That's the only place it's allowed; I think there's a statewide ban on smoking in public buildings here in Mass.)

Always have been and always will be a non-smoker. Growing up both of my parents smoked, so I've learned to tolerate it and such, but I have lost any desire to do it myself.

I don't care if other people do it, but I won't hesitate to remind them of the long-term effects.
