Portable MINI-DVD Player with 2.5-inch TFT LCD for $17.50

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

I ordered two of these units and will open one up as soon as it's delivered.
I've ordered from geeks.com before and have had good service from them.

Interesting. Keep us informed!

I think I saw these before, but I didn't think about removing the screen for a portable.

Ok I opened one up and couln't find any way to input a video signal to the screen.

Would a moderator please delete this topic since it is of no help to portablizers, and also geeks.com has sold out of these units.

I'm sorry for posting this topic, next time I will not jump the gun in excitement before testing out stuff first.

I'm still glad I bought these things because of the price and how they make good gifts, they are way better then those video now toys.
