could you get rid of the xbox 360 power block and mod to have a power cord

No. The power brick is way too big to include inside the main 360 system. That's why it's external in the first place.

Eh, no, you can make a smaller one yourself and have it replace the larger one. Too much hassle though for such a simple outcome.

Can you please watch your typing?

The original Xbox has an internal power regulator, for some reason, they decided to make the 360 have an external regulator.

What's the problem? Did you lose the power cord that goes between the wall and power adapter? We have no idea because your posts are gibberish.

Ok, I'll repeat myself. You cannot have just a wire to supply power to the 360.

Because the PS3 has an internal power supply. Then again it gets hot enough to cook things off of. Even if it were possible why would you want the 360's power supply on the inside given that the earlier ones overheat easily enough without it burning up the inside?
