New concept : GC in PC
My old concept :
Just for smart when i put it in my PC case
I'm gonna resize the PSTwo Slim in to the PC Optical drive size. With the PSTwo Slim and some old PS2 Parts.
(Old PS2 Parts that i think i will use is the Slide disc tray, Memory Card and Joystick Port, Power and Eject Button. Can it use with the PSTwo Slim mainboard?)
Possible?

It's very possible, and if you wired up somesort of VGA splitter into it, you could play PS2 games on your monitor. However, To hook up a the slim disk drive to an old CD drive, you'll have to do some insane soldering and thin wire use to use the info, power and etc PS2 wires. Look at Bens' PS2P article for more info.
if what you want to do is put a slim ps2 with its dvd drive into a 5 1/4 drive bay, then it is totally possible assuming the components are small enough to fit.
the controller ports and switches can be moved, at least on the older big ps2s.
If I were you, I wouldn't try and confine the PS2 to that size. By all means, have the DVD unit and the memory card slots etc there, but you might want to locate the board elsewhere. Perhaps remove the bays beneath and slot the board there..
But confining it to a small space will be incredibly difficult if possible.

not only that, but heat management will be one tough cookie.... Most PCs are huge, big and ugly, so you'll have plenty of room to fit in the small PS2 mobo.

He could have the original door flip open on the top of the case, like a regular gamecube. One of my friend's computers has a cd drive like that, so it wouldn't be that strange.
