the 5v+ connection point

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

this conection no longer puts out 5 volts i checked it with a mutimeter is there an alternative connection

Did you kill it? I think you can replace it with a basic 7805:

i really dont want to replace it the whole unit still works i just need 5v for an led mod

just a quick question does takeing 5 volts from the 7805's would it kill the screen in anyway

My SNESp runs off 5V from the screen, so I guess not.
