Soldier left and right audio (red and white) to the DVD player's audio inputs.
Cheers,

Thanks! You guyz have been awesome, 2 more questions though(And then I can start!
)
After I drill the holes for the controller sensor and mem card, how do you get that nice plastic finish? I know I have to use really fine sandpaper, but theres something else. Krylon or Krylex or something..(Lol i cant remember the name
)
After I solder the ps2's power to use the original Li battery, how do I get it to automatically turn on when the TV is turned on?(By TV, i mean Portable DVD player, without the DVD player)
Or should I make a button to manually turn the ps2 on?

Awesome, thanks =D. I'm pretty sure that I'm ready now.
Time to look for my Portable DVD player!
I'm gonna look on http://www.trademe.co.nz for it. Its kinda like eBay for New Zealand
I remember getting my first xbox from there
Thanks so much for all your guys help, I'll post pics(and maybe a tut) once I get underway.
EDIT: Could someone answer my other questions that got missed?
Like the question about the power and also the dimensions for the PS2 slim mobo.

Re: PS2p with Port-DVD Case?
Look in the reference section for PS2 Slim dimensions - I originally asked and some kind soul took measurements for me.
As for switching both PS2 and screen on at the same time, have a look at DPST switches (dual pole, single throw - they're on/off type switches with two inputs and two outputs), this will switch the power to the PS2 and the screen on/off at the same time.
