yeah I can't wait for MP2. I wanted to finish it before it came out so I could get it right away but I don't think I'll be done by Nov. 16.....actually I think I might be able to.....it'd be hard though, and I don't want to rush so I'll just work as much as I can every day and hopefully I can finish it.

Out of curiostity, what kind of batteries are you using (brand, size, etc.) Those look like Li-Poly cells...where did you get them? I'm looking for some really strong batteries for my portable ps2

looks good, though :D
No, he mean he took the pic and Photoshopped a screenshot from Halo PC in. There is no team color indicator or Banshees in Halo Xbox.
Halo 2 on the other hand. Oh Yeah....

hmmm,I didn't know it was Halo PC.........

and those are Li-poly cells, segasonicfan. they're 3.7v @2.2 ah each. Here's where I got them (gannon was actually the one who found this site.) Today I think I'll finally make the clay mold for the GCp, but first I have to fix my controller. The wires for the a and b buttons came off and I have to completely take apart the left side of my controller :(. I should be able to fix it pretty easily though, just gotta use more hot glue so they don't come off again  .

well, I still haven't finished rewiring the controller and unfortunately I can't finish until tomorrow because my soldering iron (my good one.....) has broken :(. I'm really mad 'cause I've had to do redo the right side of the controller three times, the left side 2 and a half (I'm working on the last one, hope I don't screw it up......) and I'm incerdibly tired right now. I worked all day and STILL it's not complete......every time there's just one button that doesn't work, so I go to resolder it to the pin, and then the pin will snap off . I hate rewiring the GC controller........now I'm just gonna play some Halo 2 and forget about soldering......

(sorry for the rant but I'm really pissed !!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Gamelver wrote:today I got finished with the contoller wiring !!!!!!!!!!! finally!!!!!!! It was really hard to solder the wires to the controller chip, but I decided to just scrape off the white crud off the board, find out which copper traces connected to the pins I needed, and soldered to those instead. only took me 45 minutes, or so. sometime today or tommorow I'll completely finish all the wiring and on monday I hope to start working on the case. By the end of next week I hope to get the case built, and then I'll just put everything in there the week after that. and then....it shall be finished.......*goes off to dream about finishing the GCp*.......
well, the exact same thing as I said 2 weeks ago has happened again today!!!! I finished doing the controller wiring :D again and this week I'll build the case, the week after that I'll put the guts in the case. hmmmmm sounds like deja vu........but this time I'm not gonna screw up the controller. tomorrow I hope to make the clay case now that I've actually finished wiring this damn controller (only took me 5 controllers to do it again :(......)
Edit: I also changed the color of the controller part from black to.................some color other than black!!!!!! I guess you'll have to wait and see what color it is.......
