how can u link two computers together so that both procecers do the computing. and also what do u think the minimun clock speed is to run a ps1 emulator sorry about the bad spelling and punctuation cuz im in a hurry

So you want to build a small cluster for parallel processing. Well for one I havent heard of a cluster less then 3 (1 host, 2 nodes) so you may have to revice your plans or get a third computer. As for connection then, is done using eithernet (10/100).
For the emulator, I've seen on the net that things like for a Dreamcast you need like a 1g. So to be safe I'd go with at least a 500mH system. If you run linux better but windows will hog the resorced and processor from anything else so you need a decent about of ram (I'd say 256 is good).

You need programs specially designed for distributed computing. Unless you can get the source code for an emulator, rewrite it, and recompile it, you're out of luck.

depending on your video card, I had epsxe running on a 233 mhz machine with a 16mb video card. I never tried it on anything less than that.
