Ps2 mic speaker?

some one told me i could hook the mic up to a speaker.....true?

What?

You can hook a mic up as a speaker and vice-versa, but they usually don't work well as things they're not.

It's pretty simple to see that it's true, a speaker can be used as a microphone. These simple devices just use vibrations, of course a speaker is not designed to be as sensitive to them as a microphone.
