If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.
radio shack sells it, its about $5 a tube, and it should last you a while. A word of warning, Epoxy is not removeable. I would reccomend using hot glue to get a good placement of the LEDs, and when you are happy with the results, remove the hot glue and use the epoxy. But then again, i dont see why hot glue wont work. My screen hasnt gotten as hot since i did my LED mod.
Krazy glue wont work. Krazy glue works by chemically bonding plastics on a molecular level. It breaks diwn the base polymers of 2 objects, then fuses them together. But this only works with some (but almost all) plastics. LEDs are made from a form of epoxy, krazy glue wont be able to chemically bond to it. Also, you need something thick and viscous so you can add a structure for the leds to be held in by. Hot glue is the best, but melts at low temp Epoxy is next best thinkg to use, but once it dries, its almost unremovable.
You could try silicone. It can stand over 400ºF, but it's not quite as hard as hot glue, and definetly not as hard as epoxy. It'll also take a lot longer to dry, and if you aren't careful it'll make a really big mess.

silicon i think
you can buy one for like 3$ and I got 24 8" long ALL temp glue sticks for about 2$
Just get a hot glue gun and be over it, you will never regret it. Besides, if Krazy glue spills, it can bond your fingers to the screen, or damage it beyond recognition (and cost you $30, a few times what a glue gun would).
