Its a cleaver ploi to make you think your not really paying like $200. Though what moron would think that, tax always finds a way to make the number ven worse.

Actually I read once that a Jewish business district in New York in the early 1900's started the whole .99 thing. Or something like that. I guess it took off! Usually the first number is the largest font (say, "5") and the .99 is smaller. So people see the 5 more than the 99. They think 5 when it's really 6. Pretty clever yet simple marketing.
Ever wonder why cans of soda aren't affected by inflation? They're still 50 cents just like when I was a kid. Maybe that's why they sell those $1.00 plastic bottles, cuz they're not making money off cans. Course I also read someplace a can these days uses something like 40% less aluminum than in the 80's. And obviously you're paying for the can not the stuff inside.
But all I drink is cans (of beer and soda) so I beating the system!
Anyway I think the PSP is gonna rock the farm. But it won't come out before MY PS2p does!

Dollars only go to the hundred, with how your spelling out the price it kind of looks like your used Pi to fine the number, all the way to the nearest hundred-billionth.
