It's a tv/vcr combo by Orion from '97. The points are on a pcb soldered to the gun on the back of the tube.

One time at goodwill i found 2 Dreamcasts and 1 xbox no cables or anything for each just the systems

I have a TV that looks exactly like that. Let me know how it goed because that is something that can be taken on vacation, and I would like to build one meself.

Unless you know how to discharge a CRT, you shouldn't open it.
