no not really, since the SMS would be done with a master gear and a radica genesis is the size of a genesis 3-button controller, if they all fit inside the game gear case then...

1. Room in the case for the radica stuff
2. How are going to input a signal to the Game Gear Screen? (unless you use a T.V. tuner which is, not very practical).

Yeah, after many years, nobody has figured out a way to use the Game Gear screen. Also, I had a Master Gear, which I unfortunately destroyed trying to make it into something else. SMS games look horrible on Game Gear.
