PC handheld

I wanna create a pc handheld from an old laptop. Does anyone know if this is possible? I figure its kinda already a hand held. Its an old dell, 11inch screen, which is a little big obv. It has all the parts already, so I though it might be a cool project. I have a usb controller I could use with it.

I guess the reason I want to do this, is because I own one of those samsung q1 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Q1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, and I love it. But the processor and computer are terrible, cant play any games on it anymore
