How to win ebay auctions?

Guys, I really need help, I've been bidding on LCD's for about a week now and i've lost every one of them by a Dollar in 30secs or less. I just lost 2 today. Should i snipe or what, or if you have any links to a cheap retailer for LCD's it would help a lot

Or go to Toys R Us and buy an Intec screenpad for $25. Not bad for a 2.5" TFT screen.

Or get the $50 psone+lcd combo from Gamestop and sell/auction off the PSone so you have the screen.
