DS Phat TVOut (cinch/av)

Id Love a DS (phat/lite etc) TV out kit.
QMark already had a bulky one on the market

I skimmed through the whole web and didn't find anything.
I would even pay double dollar amounts for such kit (preferably cinch or av -> tv out).
Even a documentation how to do it yourself with a list of parts etc would be fine (From the common reaction on topic posts I guess a lot of people would love such mod).
