Onlive Component Adapter
Instructions:
1. Open up the ZN40 to two halves
2. On the front (smooth side without bumps) take your screen, put it on top and trace around with a pencil.
3. Lay your battery across the back, cover it with electrical tape and hot glue it into place
4. Get a dremel (or any cutting/rotary tool) and put on a rotary cutter (big spinning wheel with blades) and cut out your outline
5. The Onlive System is already small and doesnt have to be taken apart, so just put it a corner and hot glue it into place.
6. With your cutout section, put your screen on the inside and hot glue it into place.
7. Put your two halves next to each other and plug the component cable into your screen.
8. Cut the cable apart (The one section going from the system to the power block) and locate the positive and ground
Wire it like this

Hot glue everything into place and drill a hole for the charging jack and the LCD buttons and your done
Left Is to charge, the middle is off, and the right is play
